OUR 120-NIGHT RISK-FREE, HASSLE-FREE TRIAL PERIOD

Your new WinkBed is covered by the best trial period in the industry. Sleep on it hassle-free and risk-free for 120 nights. Here is how it works:

  1. The trial begins the day you actually receive your WinkBed mattress.
  2. Sleep on it for 120 nights before deciding if you want to keep it. We simply require that you try the bed for at least 30 nights before initiating an exchange or return.
  3. If you decide you don’t want to keep it, let us know within 120 nights, and we’ll set you up with an exchange or a free return, no questions asked.
  4. You do not have to keep the original packaging and the mattress does not have to be in new condition.
  5. There are no fees whatsoever for a return, and you get a 100% full refund. For an exchange, the only charge is $49 to cover state and/or local mattress recycling fees. Please note, delivery or mattress haul away charges are non-refundable.
  6. Exchanges and return pickups are simple:
    • For an exchange, we'll have a new mattress shipped to your home before the old one is removed so you'll never be without a bed to sleep on. And rest easy knowing you get a new 60-day trial period on the new mattress to make sure it’s perfect for you.
    • For a return, we’ll coordinate a donation or recycling pickup on a day that works for you. We handle everything and there’s nothing you have to do besides let us know which pickup dates work. Pickups can generally be scheduled within 5 days and you do not have to be home. We issue 100% full refunds within 5 days of the pick-up.
  7. Please note the free trial period is limited to the lesser of one mattress per customer, household, or shipping address.
